School Guidelines

Code of Conduct & Discipline

Students at Seth Anandram Jaipuria School are expected to maintain the highest standards of behavior, discipline, and respect for others.

General Guidelines

Punctuality and Attendance
- Students must arrive at school at least 10 minutes before the morning assembly.
- A minimum of 75% attendance is compulsory in every academic session to qualify for final promotion and CBSE board exams.
Leave of Absence Policy
- Prior written permission from parents is necessary for any planned leave, submitted via the school diary.
- In case of sudden illness, a sick leave application must be sent on the first day. Medical certificates are required if sick leave exceeds 3 consecutive days.
Electronic Gadgets & Mobile Banned
- Carrying mobile phones, smartwatches, digital games, or any other personal electronic communication gadgets is strictly prohibited on the school premises.
- Any confiscated devices will only be returned to parents at the end of the term.

Uniform & Grooming Standards

Summer Uniform (April to October):

  • Light blue half-sleeve shirt with school logo crest.
  • Navy blue trousers (for boys) or divided skirts (for girls).
  • School tie, belt, navy blue socks with yellow stripes.
  • Clean, polished black leather shoes.

Winter Uniform (November to March):

  • Full sleeve light blue shirt with tie and belt.
  • Navy blue blazer with school crest (compulsory).
  • Dark grey trousers (boys) or woollen trousers (girls).
  • School woollen cap and scarf.

Grooming Code:

Hair must be clean and trimmed. Girls with long hair must tie it neatly in double plaits with black bands. Nails must be cut short, and wearing jewelry or makeup is not permitted.
